Trauma-informed care is the backbone of my practice. To heal your trauma(s) does not mean the trauma never happened. It means the trauma(s) no longer control your life.
Your decision to seek coaching can be overwhelming. Especially when resistance outweighs a desire to reach out for support. Survivors often develop self-sabotage, unhealthy coping patterns and behaviors that contribute to self-isolating.
