You Deserve to
Heal for Real
To heal does not mean the trauma never happened. It means the trauma no longer controls your life. It is true, trauma changes you. It is also true that change is a necessary and inevitable part of life. The healing process provides an opportunity for personal growth; an awakened knowledge from within.
The decision to seek coaching can be overwhelming. Especially when resistance outweighs any desire to reach out for support. Coming from a fear based pervasive experience, survivors can develop self sabotaging patterns and behaviors in an effort to cope. I get it. A key in my own trauma recovery was discovering that my resistance served as self-protection thus creating a shift from judging myself to accepting myself.
Healing from trauma requires a level commitment and honesty. Coaching my clients towards self-recovery is rooted in an immense gratitude I have for the healing process. Trauma may be complex but healing does not have to be complicated. Just start where you are and discover the possibility of living a joyful and trauma-free life.
