Walking
I walk daily. Sometimes several times for myself but at least twice a day with my dog. Regardless if I am referring to myself or my dog what I have noticed is a walk can solve many things. For instance my dog’s mood is relaxed and content after a walk. He loves the sunshine, the fresh air, and the exercise. The same goes for me. Walking is the easiest, most available form or connecting to nature, relaxing, and energizing exercise you can do almost anywhere or anytime. Whether walking your dog, walking with a friend or walking in solitude it should be taken advantage of.
