Cooperation

Cooperation with others is key to our survival, our well-being and our relationships, i.e. work, family, intimate partner. It is a kind of dance to learn to cooperate with others. Sometimes you lead. Other times you follow. No matter which part you play cooperation takes initiative and humility.

As children we were taught cooperation when we begin to play with others. Some of us learned by example some of us never really learned. Nonetheless it is required to engage in cooperation throughout life. But what can be expected of us when cooperation is out of balance and your dance partner is stepping all over toes and has not learned the dance? Tenacity is needed. True success prevails if we preserve our position and remember the person watching you is the audience your influencing.
