Time
When was the last time you considered where your time goes? Is it fleeting and causes you anxiety. Is it too slow to keep you interested. Do you even consider why we base our lives around it. It is our one true nemesis. Can we control it? To a degree, yes. We can control what we decide to give our time and attention to. But I would argue that point too because many of us unconsciously give away too much of it to meaningless, unproductive and dissatisfying outlets.
When we became clear about deciding where and when to give our time and attention something miraculous happens. We suddenly gain more time. This balance of time and energy is a lost skill. Often living in the past robs us of our presence and future focused thinking robs us of the moment; the process of life unfolding. So what is the best use of time? Balancing it so you can recognize the past time as it shaped, keep the present time rich and satisfying and devote daily time to your future. Consider where you can take back some of it . Find out where you hate giving your time and make the necessary changes to spend less time on those tasks. Finally, learn to say no thanks to things you really don’t want to do. I hope this brings you some ideas to consider when managing your time.
